This week is Sign Language Week, a campaign for British Sign Language rights, Deaf culture, and language equity.

It is an opportunity to recognise the challenges faced by the Deaf community and reflect upon ways in which we can help to break down these barriers to equality.

As part of our commitment to fostering an inclusive environment at Metanoia, we’ve partnered with The British Deaf Association to offer staff the opportunity to attend interactive BSL training sessions. Colleagues will gain valuable insights into Deaf culture and develop practical ideas to help support the Deaf community.
