I trained at Regent’s College in the early 2000s and have worked for the last 20 years as a psychotherapist, supervisor and service manager in a variety of contexts. I have experience in the public, private and voluntary sectors, including the NHS, in schools with children and young people for the charity Place 2 Be, and in a university counselling service. Prior to training as a psychotherapist, I worked in homeless hostels and in mental health and substance misuse supported housing projects. I have completed post-qualification training in systemic psychotherapy and experiential therapies, and I recently completed a post-graduate higher education teaching certificate. I’m a regular contributor and book reviewer for the BACP ‘Therapy Today’ journal.
