Supporting Information

This modality of therapy values above all the inherent capacity of persons to flourish, and draw on their inner knowing as experts on their own experience. Person-centred pluralist practitioners value diversity, creativity, authenticity and warmth. The person-centred therapeutic relationship is a radical safe space in which external social conditions and expectations about how we are supposed to behave, are suspended, so that we can express who we are with genuineness. Pluralistic practitioners personalise therapy with their clients, co-creating each time, a unique way of working that meets the client in their personal needs and preferences.
