Nikki Millard: MSc, TSTA(P), CTA(P), PGCE, Dip TA Psychotherapeutic Counselling, UKCP Registered Psychotherapist Nikki is the Head of Programme for Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy. She is a TSTA (Training and Supervising Transactional Analyst) (Psychotherapy) and has a particular interest in adult learning, relational approaches to teaching, and creating inclusive learning environments. Based in North London, Nikki originally worked in a corporate environment before training as a counsellor, psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer. Alongside her teaching and leadership roles, she maintains a psychotherapy and supervision practice. Nikki is an experienced examiner and is actively involved in the European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA) Commission of Certification (CoC), where she contributes to the development of training and assessment standards across Europe. She is particularly interested in intuition, the relationship between nature and psychological wellbeing, and the integration of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy into therapeutic practice.
